Frogley Health & Wellness was established in 1998 in South Jordan, UT and the name was changed to Integrated Wellness in 2006. An additional location was then opened in Bountiful, UT at that time. Since 1998, we have advanced our education to be able to offer not only pain relief, but an increased quality of life through nutrition, medical weight loss, and advanced physical therapy offering structural correction, medical services including PRP & Stem Cell injections, joint and trigger point injections. Through the years, Integrated Wellness has been known for its positive reputation throughout the community. Integrated Wellness continues to grow as they educate and help patients achieve optimal health.

It is our goal to assist each individual in their personal quest to achieve optimal health and potential to enjoy life to the fullest.
