With a PhD in intercultural studies and 25+ years of experience helping people heal and grow, I guide clients toward lasting transformation through a holistic framework called Full Integrated Transformation (FIT). FIT integrates psychology, spiritual formation, and embodied practices to support emotional healing, relational wholeness, and purpose-driven living. Whether you're facing anxiety, trauma, relationship strain, spiritual disconnection, or major life changes, I offer a compassionate, integrative approach. I draw from tools like IFS, ACT, EFT, journaling, somatic work, and—when requested—a Christ-centered perspective.
