Integrative Coaching - Shelley Lyle

I will be working with athletes and coaches as they process challenging life experiences (transitions, injuries, identity crisis) using a holistic approach. We will discuss their current experiences and the impact it has on their mental, physical, emotional and spiritual health. Through questions, insight and resources I offer clients a safe environment that fosters movement towards curiosity, change and healing. The primary benefits: Current athletes will have holistic support and co-create plans that help their peak performance. Former athletes (including those 5-10+ years out) will co-create individual plans that help them holistically transition or continue transitioning well. This includes education and tools for athletes to reconnect to their bodies. I also offer story work sessions. This is for individuals who have experienced childhood trauma. Through story work, you receive encouragement and wisdom as you seek to understand, write, tell, and live your story in deeper and more transformative ways. I firmly believe and research has shown that journeying with others through challenges or pain provides movement towards healing and change. It's a privilege to partner with my clients as they pursue this redemptive path.
