Integrity Transformations Community Development Corporation is a 501 (c) 3 nonprofit community-based organization located in the English Avenue neighborhood. Since 1995, Integrity has provided resources for employment and career training that enhance job readiness for over 10,000 Westside job seekers and entrepreneurs. In 2019, 326 residents completed soft skill training, 206 were placed on jobs, 148 have remained employed for one year, 189 were formerly incarcerated, and 142 graduated from vocational training. During this unprecedented time of the COVID-19 pandemic Integrity, has been charged and challenged to create innovative ways to bring its services to its constituents the residents of the Westside of Atlanta. Integrity leads the way through its Community Job Connection (2) bus mobile units which are dispatched across the Atlanta area providing a safe alternative for the residents to be connected to vital employment. Integrity has implemented safety standards and safety parameters such as temperature check, 6' apart social distancing, PPE equipment masks, gloves, hand sanitizer, is provided for the clients and staff. Integrity provides registration, intake, needs assessment, job referral for clients, soft skill development, resume writing assistance, interviewing techniques, case management, and connection to free vocational training opportunities through its organizational partners.
