Integrity was formed to identify and acquire privately held business in the Networking, Security, and Managed Service Provider Space. Integrity partners with the owners of the businesses we acquire, maintaining their local brand presence while building a National Footprint for the benefits of their clients and the organization. Integrity closed on Integrity Networks Inc. in early 2025, has 3 additional acquisitions under agreement, and will continue to acquire companies throughout the US, specifically in the Northwest, West, Southwest, the Midwest, the Southeast, and Northeast.
