Integrity Residential Services

Located in Monona, Wisconsin, Integrity Residential Services, Inc. (“Integrity”) provides residential services for adults with physical and developmental disabilities and behavioral health needs. Integrity has been serving our communities since June of 2000, facilitating independent living through assistance with daily living skills, in-home health needs, community integration, healthcare navigation, and respite care. We work closely with State and County Human Health departments, Managed Care Organizations, and consumers and their families to ensure quality care. We believe every person deserves the best quality of living possible, and work with our consumers to provide a customized care plan and self-directed services.
