Shina Parker is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Integrity Title & Escrow Company, LLC. Her entrepreneurial spirit fueled her determination to change the image, conversation, and culture of the title industry. In 1999, she was inspired to build a first-class woman-owned and operated title company designed to improve the title industry appreciation of minority businesses and their capability to do excellent work while elevating the consumer’s understanding regarding the importance of the title process and the significate role the title company plays in the real estate process from contact to closing and beyond. She continues to satisfy her ultimate objective, which is to serve all clients with respect, dignity, and fairness by means of unbiased pricing and excellent service; to ultimately give clients peace of mind at settlement. With over thirty years of experience in the real estate title industry, her firm specializes in settlement closings for both commercial and residential clients throughout Maryland, the District of Columbia, and Virginia. In 2015, she expanded her real estate Commercial Division to serve her growing commercial clientele nationally.
