Intellectus Preparatory Charter School

Founded in Mount Vernon, New York, Intellectus Prep is the prominent exhibition of an innovative approach to education which promises a transformational and catapulting experience for scholars, families, and the community. We ensure that every scholar we serve experiences full understanding, in-depth knowledge, and comprehension of academic, social, and life concepts necessary for their success within and beyond school. We exist to be the difference and deliver an equitable educational experience for scholars in grades 6-12. In a never-done-before model grounded in three tenets - Entrepreneurship in STEAM (STEEAM), Financial Literacy, and Counseling for All - scholars are prepared to compete academically, contribute socially, and choose their pathway to college and career. Intellectus Prep will be home to approximately 700 students across grades 6-12, over the next decade. In 2022, Intellectus will serve incoming classes of Grades 6 and 7.
