Back then almost the whole research market was managed by big foreign corporations. We believed that the domestic market needed a modern, customized, and flexible pricing approach to research, suited to local customers and market. We steered clear of conventional solutions. This yielded an excellent result. Scientifically verified research, contemporary collection techniques, exceptionally good preparation, and operational planning resulted in efficient and effective service, which was recognized by the market. Not only the domestic market, however. We soon became members of ESOMAR, and on top of that, the first corporative member from Serbia with the right to vote, and shortly afterward, a member of MSPA. Today, we offer the market a holistic research approach that entails precise, concise knowledge and corrective measures.
