Tim Welsh and Bill Lefler were the co-founders of Intelligent Design Group (IDG).
They started the company In March of 2001 providing expert consulting services in the areas of software design, architecture, and project management to Fortune 500 corporations and small businesses alike.
“We offered our customers an alternative that was much better than many of the existing recruitment strategies” said former IDG Vice President Timothy Welsh.
Bill and Tim’s talents were showcased when they both contracted for Immersion Digital. Bill was the master architect behind the Glo Bible and Tim was a Lead Programmer on the project.
When the contract with Immersion Digital ended Bill and Tim faced many challenges as recruitment companies continued to become more firmly entrenched in the hiring landscape. These difficulties led them to making a decision to not pursue any more contracts in June of 2013. IDG officially closed January 2014.
