INSEN est une entreprise qui a été crée dans le cadre du décret n° 1573 daté du 01 Juillet 2002 a pour vocation la mobilité des chercheurs pour la création des projets innovateurs.
L´entreprise est dotée d´une infrastructure ergonomique dans le but d´atteindre ses objectifs de recherche. Le laboratoire INSEN a été crée le 06/09/2003 et qui a pour objectif principal opérer dans le secteur de la recherche et du transfert technologique en proposant des équipements de haute technicité et à haute valeur ajoutée.
La société INSEN a été crée sous la forme de société unipersonnelle à responsabilité limitée SUARL. Le 14/09/2006 la société s´est transformée en société à responsabilité limitée SARL. Le 16/02/2009 l'entreprise est désormais devenue une société anonyme SA.
