Intelligent Social Media, LLC (ISM)

The ISM PaaS powers rapidly deployable secure collaboration sites, supported by a synchronized mobile communications app. ISM sites are dedicated to problem solving, management, R&D, community collaboration and much more. Specific missions like community oriented policing, business and franchise management, C2 and C4ISR, information visualization and virtualization, school safety, issue advocacy, grassroots mobilization, are a few examples of how ISM is being deployed in every day operations as well as crisis management. We actively support crowd-sourcing initiatives in support of community building, readiness and preparedness. ISM is the "Now What?" aspect of managing information. Sites are located on the AWS or AWS GovCloud and can be customized to client needs on private networks. Proactive engagement, Increased Operational and Communications Tempo, Secure force multipliers equal Intelligent Social Media. ISM equals an increased bottom line through more efficient communications and operations, increased productivity and 24/7 in-touch sync of your people and operations no matter where they may be located! Intelligent Social Media evolved from the ReadyStrong™ Project, that was designed to serve the vision of Homeland Security, state & local first responders, and community preparedness. ReadyStrong™ was a hybrid intelligent social media / multi-media platform designed to build community by strengthening and facilitating relationships and information sharing. The Team works closely with the San Diego State University's (SDSU) Graduate Homeland Security Program and the SDSU Visualization Center (VizCenter) as well as the University of Louisville’s Speed School of Engineering and Cyber Programs. Eastern Kentucky University will be launching a new virtual ISM VizCenter soon and be focusing efforts in support of rural community emergency management and law enforcement.
