Often times our desired impact falls short of our intentions. Intent & Impact exists to help leaders and companies deliver the Impact their Intentions deserve. Everything rises and falls around strategy and leadership. Business is MY sport. As a former executive for a Fortune 200 company, serving over 2.1 million customers, I furthered my education at Harvard Business School in Leadership for Senior Executives, focusing on innovation, globalization and leadership diversity. I earned an MBA in marketing from Ottawa University and my undergrad from the University of Kansas in Psychology. Understanding people and having a ardent eye for business, helped me climb my way up from being a temporary employee, stocking shelves, to a Vice President of operations for an oil and gas giant in less than 11 years. In today's competitive and evolving business industry companies and individuals must adapt to a changing business landscape. Each company should contain a comprehensive set of transformation initiatives while remaining agile with a keen understanding of emerging technology, five forces, lean techniques, value re-engineering, return on diversity, customer and market segmentation, dynamic leadership training and most importantly solid business ethics. I utilize The John Maxwell Team methodology for training, speaking and coaching. I provide board workshops, mastermind groups, strategy workshops, blue ocean strategic planning, leadership training, executive coaching and more.
