Mission: We empower people to refine and reach their goals by providing research-based content to help improve thinking, feeling, and behavior patterns. Vision: We envision a world where individuals, organizations, and governments rely on research-based strategies, constantly improving their ability to evaluate reality clearly and make effective decisions, enabling all of us to live optimally happy, healthy, fulfilling and flourishing lives. What We Do: Our team is currently working on developing new content in these and other areas, such as improving relationships, communicating effectively, improving mental and physical wellbeing, optimizing personal organization and time management, and enhancing leadership and organizational development. We are also working on additional content and products, including eBooks, apps, online classes, and merchandise.
