Interactive Marketing Solutions was organized in 2001 as a partner of the Data & Marketing Association (DMA) to manage and distribute its suite of consumer marketing preference services. In 2018, ANA acquired the DMA creating the largest trade association in the U.S. devoted to serving all aspects of marketing including DMAChoice, the consumer mail opt-out service. Over the years, IMS has evolved into an independent company specializing in the development of innovative TCPA compliance and do not contact products and services. All solutions are designed to help businesses comply with state and federal legislation, save money, and identify a select group of consumers that do not respond through traditional channels.
