InterCapital Fund, LP is a long/short Hedge Fund focused on asymmetric returns in the global equity market and equity-related securities primarily. The General Partner implements a long/short company-specific strategy, which enables Limited Partners to participate in the inherent growth opportunities within multiple industries over the long term, while reducing near and intermediate-term volatility. The goal is to invest in our highest conviction names in a timely manner and hold these positions for an extended period of time, while tactically trading around these positions during Event-Driven situations using derivative strategies for non-correlated short-term returns to augment the returns of the core portfolio holdings. The General Partner believes in concentration, flexibility and actively managing around inflections to create alpha for the partnership.
