La Interprofesional Citrícola Española (INTERCITRUS) es la Organización Interprofesional Agroalimentaria del sector de la naranja y el grupo mandarinas en España. Fue la primera Interprofesional constituida en España, reconocida por el Ministerio de Agricultura, Pesca y Alimentación como Organización Interprofesional Agroalimentaria en 1998.
La Interprofesional se constituye con la misión de representar y defender los intereses del sector citrícola español y en ella está representado el conjunto del sector a través de asociaciones representantes de la producción y comercialización.
INTERCITRUS supone un marco estable de trabajo conjunto de todas las entidades que la integran, promoviendo y ejecutando, directa o indirectamente, cuantas acciones y actividades concretas se estimen necesarias para un mejor desarrollo del sector, constituyendo un lugar de encuentro en el que expresar libremente sus opiniones, a la vez que un foro de debate para la adopción de decisiones sobre la regulación interna del sector en aspectos clave de su funcionamiento.
