The Interdistrict School for Arts and Communication, ISAAC, is a free, interdistrict, public charter school located in New London's Downtown Historic Waterfront District. Since 1997, ISAAC has celebrated its uniqueness as a diverse learning environment, serving students from throughout Southeastern Connecticut. ISAAC is an experiential learning community where students are challenged to discover their talents and strengths, while valuing the diversity in others in their school,communtity and the world.
