interEDGE.org is an initiative of DrEducation, LLC. We offer online and in-person intercultural training to support the academic and career success of international students. interEDGE.org helps international students "shape their mindset" and "sharpen their skillset" related to four dimensions--Culture, Classroom, Campus life and Career. Partnership model: - Offers a flexible, scalable, on-demand model of capacity building - Extends institutional students support services in a cost-effective manner - Enables cross-functional collaboration focused on student success - Leverages our network of intercultural trainers and coaches - Allows customization to institutional context and student population Learning approach: - Hands-on experience: We offer a range of online and in-person opportunities to practice and personalize the learning to students’ needs, aspirations, and background. - Resources: We curate trends, tips and advice to help students to understand American job market, inform their career decisions and sharpen their skill - Lifelong learning: We engage and support students throughout their career lifecycle as they develop into successful professionals Co-founders interEDGE is born out of a combination of an unmet need and passion of two former international students, Di Hu, from China, and Rahul Choudaha, from India. They both graduated from American universities and succeeded in not only finding jobs in a tough economic climate but progressed to hold leaderships roles in their organizations. With interEDGE, Di and Rahul, want to pay forward and help many more international students succeed.
