About Intergen.Family
Unique to family offices is the fiduciary responsibility to evaluate risk over an extended timeline, so as to manage wealth across generations and address multigenerational threats and opportunities. In this context, Family Offices face a unique set of challenges in today's rapidly evolving world. From navigating complex financial markets and technological disruptions to addressing social and environmental issues, the demands on family office leaders and stakeholders are greater than ever before. To thrive in this environment, families need to continuously learn, adapt, and evolve. We provide a supportive community and a wealth of resources to help family office stakeholders—family members, professionals, leading-edge entrepreneurs, investors and philanthropists—to bolster their capacity to lead and learn. We understand that lasting positive change will require a different modus operandi (M.O.) from all of us, a renewed way of engaging with ourselves, each other, our work, and the world. This new M.O. will enable us to break through limited results and repeated patterns that have become an intrinsic part of the challenges we are currently facing. Our activities are centered around hosting, developing, and launching collaborative initiatives that invite us to transform and enhance the way we work and engage with each other. To individuals we offer Transformative Programs, a Learning Community, and Delegation Experiences. For aligned organizations, families, and initiatives, we offer Event Program Design, Expert Facilitation, Community Engagement Strategy, and Bespoke Consulting services. Our mission is to align family legacy with planetary and human flourishing through collaborative learning and action. We are a fiscally sponsored project of Inquiring Systems, Inc. EIN: 94-2524840
