InterHEd is an Erasmus+ project aiming at advancing towards more inclusive and diverse Higher Education environments by promoting intersectionality. Through a partnership formed by the Center for Interdisciplinary Gender Studies of the University of Vic, which leads the project, as well as the Jagiellonian University, the Technische Universität Dortmund and the Université Claude Bernard Lyon 1, we seek to create and implement innovative challenge-based methodologies to engage teaching staff & students from diverse social groups & disciplines. Thus, we work on generating interdisciplinary transferable knowledge to mainstream intersectionality in Higher Education (including curricula, pedagogy, and teaching methodology, as well as learning environment construction and assessment). We also aim to raise awareness of the importance of intersectionality in Higher Education Training among potential stakeholders throughout the project.
