Interim, Inc. is the only agency in Monterey County that provides affordable housing, residential treatment, social support, and supported education and employment services for adults with psychiatric disabilities.
Interim has had extensive experience with development and operation of housing for mentally ill adults. Since, 1986, Interim has successfully developed 18 housing and two treatment facility projects. Interim presently provides 284 beds, including 218 units of affordable permanent housing, transitional housing for 38 individuals who are homeless or at-risk or homelessness, and 28 treatment beds in two separate programs.
