Interim Networks was established by two of the North’s most experienced consultants in the areas of recruitment, interim management and coaching: Keith Butler and Tracy Shuff. Our aim is to provide a high quality and comprehensive interim management service to clients and interims in the North of England. For clients, this involves having the most extensive and relevant network of interim managers either based in or happy to work in the north, an in-depth knowledge of the local market, and the managerial experience necessary to understand business issues and drivers and, hence, propose the most relevant solution. For interims, it includes proactively identifying the most relevant assignments and offering a comprehensive coaching and training capability to enable them to market themselves in the most effective way and maximise the opportunity that a career in interim management offers.
