Interior Fitout Group is an established yet progressive company specialising in Commercial Interior Fit-outs, Partitioning & Ceilings Contracting and Demolition/Strip out Services, established by Paul Susnjara in December 2004. Paul has over 24 years’ experience and with that, he has developed IFG to be recognized as the premier provider of quality commercial interior fit out solutions within the industry. Interior Fitout Group delivers projects ranging in complexity and size to create commercial interior spaces, refurbishments, educational sector and commercial space demolition & strip out. We are committed to maintaining close relationships with our clients, project managers and consultants. Our hands-on approach enables us to deal intimately with all stakeholders and to be responsive in meeting our client’s needs in delivering projects on time, within budget and to the highest degree of excellence with an importance to all stakeholders’ safety. Our clients benefit from our approach and this is reflected by repeat business from past clients generating over 75% of our turnover. Currently, we have highly experienced and qualified staff which includes current internal resources consisting of Project Managers, Estimator, Bid Manager, Demolition Manager, 3 x Site Foreman, 34 x full time partitioning & carpentry tradesmen and 12 x Demolition workers. This allows us to provide our Clients with a designated Site Contact, whether it be on a small or large Fitout to a multi-floor demolition and strip out, therefore allowing our Clients a streamlined approach with Interior Fitout Group. Further, we strive to recycle 75% of waste from our Demolition Projects that we are engaged in. Interior Fitout Group strives to be flexible when it comes to project delivery in keeping with the philosophy of partnering with our clients to deliver their commercial property projects.
