Advanced Forming consists of components formed through HEATform and Hydroform. These processes begin where traditional manufacturing ends. Do you need extreme part consistency or a seemingly impossible shape? Let’s work together to create it.
Systems is the design and manufacture of high performance production and testing systems. ITC has been doing this for over 20 years. It includes production Hydroformers, four models of Servo Press for laboratory testing, leak and burst Pressure Testers, Autofrettage and an asphalt binder Direct Tension Tester.
Material Testing has been part of ITC for over 35 years. If you lack the time or the resources, let us help with your formability or lubricant testing. We do LDH, Nakajima, Bulge, and elevated temperature testing for simulation, process development, and problem solving.
ITC’s metal forming experts are here to assist with a wide range of Services. This could mean the process of taking your idea and flowing through to a completed part, a material testing analysis, or periodic service on your Interlaken System.
