I didn’t build Internally Guided Leadership Consulting just to start a business. I built it because I believe healing, leadership, and purpose are deeply connected, and the world needs more spaces where that truth is honored. I’ve been the burned-out high achiever. The over-functioning empath. The woman who checked every box but still felt like something was missing. My journey brought me home to this work: supporting others in remembering who they really are. At the heart of this business is you. Not just your goals, but your soul. I help people lead from the inside out through coaching, consulting, and speaking. Life Coaching My 12-week Coaching Program supports people through a powerful transformation process utilizing the R.E.A.L. Framework I developed. This process consists of 4 areas of focus: 1. Reflect Within (Inner Work) 2. Engage with Others (Relational Mastery) 3. Act with Purpose 4. Live Authentically In this program, I guide clients through a supported self-discovery process designed to untangle old patterns, reclaim strengths, unlock leadership, and build an authentic life. Leadership Development As a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach and leadership consultant, I work with mission-driven teams to create human-centered, emotionally intelligent cultures. I help leaders grow through self-awareness and avoid burnout. Speaking & Workshops Whether I’m discussing shadow work, worthiness, or conscious leadership, I bring both research and realness. I speak to the heart, to the human, and I always leave space for transformation. Internally Guided Life Podcast This is where it all comes together.
