The International Development Foundation for Community Integration & Support Services is a community interest company and not for profit organisation with charitable objectives. The aim is to steer the involvement and participation of people of African descents and its Diaspora living in Nottingham. IDF is an inclusive organisation by bringing people together to discuss problems they each faced to address education, health, social and community care and culturally specific sensitive issues affecting their communities.
Our dedicated mission is to make a substantial positive difference in the lives of Africans including vulnerable adults and young people living in Nottingham. The pride, strength and spirit of the Africans inspire us to work together.
We aim to encourage the wider community in active participation and self-learning by:
• Exciting people’s imagination with as many visual and practical challenges as possible.
