About International Learning Centers
The International Learning Centers (ILC) was established on November 26th, 2001 in Colorado Springs, Colorado, USA. Our mission is to provide educational opportunities of the highest quality, and in this way to promote progress and development in nations around the world. From small beginnings in 1993 with the first center in Azerbaijan, we have grown to seven active Centers in six nations and representatives working in another two nations.
