We are a team of highly qualified and experienced transcribers, fluent English speakers, specialized in medical reports related to workers' compensation cases. We have over 8 years of experience with several California based Clinics in medical transcription, including such medical reports as PR2, Initial, Diagnostic Imaging (Medical Records Review), Psych, Supplemental, Rebuttal, and P&S. Also experienced with creating a variety of Legal Documents-Collections, required for Hearings, Trials, Medical Billing, Data Entry. We are familiar with both the ICD-9 and ICD-10 coding systems.
