The company rebranded as International Securities in 2018/19 from Integrated Securities & Shuaa Securities, initially founded in 2001 as the brokerage arm of First Gulf Bank (now First Abu Dhabi Bank, FAB). It has been part of the IHC conglomerate since November 1st, 2019.
