We have been in the recruitment industry for many years, with many great success stories (see my 350+ recommendations here on Linkedin). The goal is to help anyone out there who is needing help building a resume, researching companies to work for, applying for open positions (or creating open positions), networking, interview prep, offer negotiation, Linkedin account creation, career pathing, building a personal brand, etc. My belief is that there is a sweet spot in the university space, where with the proper guidance (no offense career services), we can elevate a student to great heights, get them amazing internship experience, and ultimately land them multiple full time job offers.
