Intersect Collective

Intersect Collective is a gathering place for coaches, Consultants and facilitators who are committed to doing deep, transformative work at the intersections of identity, belonging, justice, and personal growth. Rooted in the belief that individual and collective liberation are interconnected, the Collective offers a space for collaboration, learning, and mutual support. We honour the complexity of lived experience—particularly those shaped by race, gender, neurodivergence, queerness, disability, and class—and we work toward inclusive practices that centre around inclusion, accessibility, equity, and authenticity. Through coaching, consultancy and training, Intersect Collective invites people, professionals, groups, teams and organisations to come together and embrace difference by empowering authenticity.
