Intersectionality

Intersectionality is a non-profit that seeks to embed intersectionality into how everything works. The concept of intersectionality refers to the study of relationships among multiple dimensions of social relationships, originating from feminist scholarship. The organisation Intersectionality has three aims: 1. To undertake participatory action research in relation to intersectionality in all areas of protected characteristics; 2. To advocate for diversity and inclusion through the intersectionality lens, and to convene discussions; and 3. To design and implement programmes which improve diversity and inclusion rooted in intersectionality.
