Our Mission at Interstate Construction and Development Company (ICDC) is to establish long-term business relationships with our customers and provide high quality workmanship, cost effective value and timely completion for our customers’ needs. ICDC provides commercial and residential general contracting services in Maryland, Virginia, and Washington DC, but is also experienced in Pennsylvania, Delaware and Southern New Jersey. Our capabilities include, but are not limited to, feasibility studies, cost and conceptual estimating, site development, design-build construction, construction and project management, pre-engineered building systems, value engineering and owner representation. In the last twelve years, what has set ICDC apart from its competitors is the ability to respond quickly to the various challenges a specific project may face. The background and experience of the building team has enabled ICDC to complete a vast array of projects, ranging from base building construction, interior tenant improvements, restaurants, retail buildings, gymnasiums, laboratories, clean rooms, medical facilities, LEED green building projects, and manufacturing and fast track renovations.
