Interstellar Performance Labs is the first of its kind in human performance training. We are working everyday with the aim of preparing the next generation of analog astronauts whose paths hope to one day reach the stars. At IP Labs, our purpose is to change the safety culture of space analogs by providing human performance training to enable the crews to feel confident in their abilities and optimize mission success. Our team is designing a training program to address the most common risks in simulated space missions like physical performance, psychological concerns, team dynamics, and human factors, so that injuries are minimized and crews have a cognitive and mental health toolbox to guide them through the challenges that will inevitably occur.
