Camargo Correa S.A. (one-third) (“CC”), and Construtora Queiroz Galvão S.A. (one-third) The Concessionaire was formed by public deed on July 4, 2005 for the sole purpose of serving as concessionaire for a section of Corredor Vial Interoceánico Sur,Perú-Brasil, a toll road of approximately 305.9 kilometers, from Azangaro to the Inambari Bridge in the Republic of Peru, pursuant to a 25-year concession (as amended, modified or supplemented from time to time, the “Concession”) granted by the GOP through the Ministry of Transportation and Communications (Ministerio deTransportes y Comunicaciones) (the “MTC”).
