Having worked with and for different organizations in the BPO industry have broadened our understanding in terms of experience and exposure. Consulting, partnering and establishing BPOs made us realize that the industry is so broad -- containing the operations based on actual industry-standard startup practices only consume a lot of resources for too little benefits. Growth in the BPO industry is a given factor, not being able to adjust and adapt only means incompetency; not maximizing the potential of this industry is a very big loss. COLLABORATION B2B transactions connect different businesses and business processes to achieve specific goals; eventually intertwining processes of different business entities together in getting the job done. INTERTWINED BPC maintain the fine line between separations and inclusions of specific protocols, important factors, accountabilities on responsibilities and clear scopes of obligations. A twine is a strong thread or a string consisting of two or more strands of whatever materials possible – it is also a process or a verb that suggests winding around or spiral around something; to intertwine is to connect or link two or more things to create something totally different and independent. Being intertwined is to become mutually-involved with another; thus, the name: INTERWINED. Meaning of INTERTWINED for our clients: Everything is connected and we all leave our impact that ripples across our community – and more. How we conduct our business not only affects our own organization but also our clients’ and customers’ lives and the communities we are in. Our failures and successes also affect the industries we are serving – everyone’s experience will eventually and collectively affect others. Thus, the name INTERTWINED also suggest that everyone’s actions (no matter the result) will affect all of our connections and across everyone’s lives – it is a given factor.
