Working together through coaching we will determine what obstacles might be in the way of you and/or your partner(s) achieving effective and meaningful communication, pleasure, and deep intimacy. You will discover tools and skills you can build to help improve your connection and put you on a path to THRIVE in your relationship. Knowing how to talk to your children about sex can be one of the hardest obstacles as a parent. It can be uncomfortable, you may not know what to say, or how to say it in a way where your child will hear you but also respect your experience and knowledge. If you're struggling to start the conversation, or if you're worried about sharing the right information at the right age, coaching may be right for you. I believe sexual health and wellness needs to start early and be part of comfortable family conversation.
