At the IRF, we feel it is time to make sure that the money we give goes directly into the hands of the People who need it, not into the hands of corrupt governments, or certain ineffective NGO organizations. We feel the time has come to allow those who give, the opportunity to choose who they help and how they help. We believe People who give back to the world deserve to feel the emotional satisfaction and Joy which helping People directly brings.
