InToPeople is a consulting company owned and managed by Kasper Bas Svendsen, and are specialized in leadership development. I offer executive coaching and leadership training with focus on building strong personal and interpersonal skills. My development methods focus on authenticity, which means you will get self-awareness about who you are at you core, and about your true desires, so you can get intentionality and balance in your life. It also means you will have capacities for self-leadership and leadership towards others on a deeply per-sonal level, so you do what it takes to make it happen and reach your goals. I work through a positive paradigm and maintain focus on strengths and oppor-tunities that provide better impact and influence on yourself and others.
