The focus is on how well you understand, manage and optimise your inner world: your thoughts, emotions, behaviours, energy, and values. It’s the inner edge enabling you to not only have a strong sense of self, but as a result, elevates how you lead, decide, and show up, especially in high-stakes or high-stress environments.
