We fulfill all management tasks of an AIFM company and its existing funds for our fund partners under applicable investment law – impartially, quickly efficiently, and without conflicts of interests. Real estate asset managers without their own AIFM licence have the option to launch any type of regulated fund in collaboration with us. Furthermore, new or established investment fund managers who are licensed in their own right may outsource comprehensive back office services to INTREAL as a fully licensed fund administrator.
