We’ve drilled more than 5,000 directional and horizontal wells in every major basin in the U.S., including 3,000+ wells in the Permian Basin.
We’re an established leader in the development of high performance motors, the majority designed for the challenging demands of the Permian Basin. We currently have one of the largest performance motor fleets in the Permian market with 200+ new motors added in 2017 and another 200+ motors in 2018.
Intrepid has also developed one of the most advanced and reliable MWD systems in the industry, which consistently provides accurate and reliable telemetry on horizontal wells over 20,000' and laterals over 2 miles in length.
