Intrepid Housing Solutions (IHS) is a pioneering organization dedicated to addressing the critical housing challenges in Ghana's burgeoning real estate market and the pressing issue of homelessness in the United States. Founded in June 2023, our mission is to bridge the gap between housing supply and demand through the development of sustainable and affordable housing solutions, thereby enhancing the socio-economic well-being of communities and providing stable, long-term housing solutions. At IHS, we are driven by the vision to significantly reduce the urban housing deficit in Ghana and contribute to the reduction of homelessness in the US.
