Intrinsic Practice

Intrinsic Practice is a free and open-access mental wellness program, comprised of psychologically and scientifically sound methods with tools to enhance one's ability to experience happiness. Authored by Dr. Jacques Bradwejn, an internationally recognized researcher and clinical psychiatrist in the management of anxiety disorders. Intrinsic Practice is currently hosted by the University of Ottawa Professional Development Institute.
