Intugent is a leader in developing Digitalized Innovation Process (DIP) software for innovations in the material science applications. The end goal is to increase the innovation velocity, reduce the developmental times and costs, and to be successful at the very first industrial scale trial.
Our scientists have pioneered scientific Artificial Intelligence (sAI) models by combining science and AI. The sAI models need less data than AI models for training and provide more accurate results. As researchers design new products, formulations, and solutions, they get real-time feedback from the sAI and material science math models as they design new products, formulations and solutions. They can simulate and optimize the industrial application process using Process Scaleup Models before the industrial scale trial.
While Intugent is still a new company, our software I-Rheo for process simulations of industrial applications of thermoset polymers, and I-PU, the Digitalized Innovation Process software for polyurethane applications are already being used in industry to increase the innovation velocity. I-Rheo contains special modules for composite applications such as filament winding and pultrusion.
Our software and math models are designed using an optimum balance of cloud and edge computing to provide data security and computational performance.
