Intuitive Eating

Social media often projects only a portion of reality and creates a distorted perception that leads to comparisons and insecurities. To illustrate, unintentional body comparisons have become an unfortunate by-product of our visually driven society. The constant exposure to airbrushed and filtered images can make us question our worth and beauty. Our bodies are not meant to conform to rigid standards; they are meant to carry us through life's journey, embracing every scar, curve, and imperfection. We thus need to break free from the chains of comparison and celebrate ourselves just as we are. To bridge the gap between the digital world and our daily lives, in November 2022, we founded “Intuitive Eating”, an initiative to nurture self-acceptance, advocate the spirit of 'self-love’ and help others to embrace themselves the way they are! We started with the aim to increase knowledge about various eating disorders, promote mindful eating habits and spread body positivity. Our initiative is receiving a very encouraging response from others with some wanting to team up with us to scale this further.
