We divide our design and engineering process into 4 steps; Feasibility Study Conceptual Design Basic Design & Detailed Design Our design process is supported by design software to ensure a stringent design process, accuracy and to be able to provide state of the art solutions. We offer the complete package for a pharmaceutical or biotechnological production facility, including the feasibility study, engineering, construction, production start-up and staff training. In most cases our support begins with the selection of process technologies and continues after project handover. Starting from the URS (or) a high level process description we will develop process flow diagrams (PFD) that depicts the manufacturing process, capacity calculations and its unit operations. The PFD’s are later developed into process and instrument diagrams (P&ID) which describes in detail the process steps with all required instrumentation and utility supply. Equipment specifications are developed for each process and utility equipment included in the manufacturing process.
