Our mission is to increase STEM accessibility for youth by targeting the four main areas that internationally hinder STEM accessibility: College and Career Readiness, Politics and Legislation, Innovation and Research, and Mental Health.
Our College and Career Readiness pillar is designed to provide resources for members that promote advancement in the STEM field. These resources include initiatives such as networking opportunities and mentorship programs in the STEM field.
Our Politics and Legislation pillar is designed to use legislation to promote equity in STEM fields. This pillar works with governmental organizations to provide resources for policymakers to influence change.
Our Innovation and Research pillar works to make work in the STEM field more accessible for members. While doing so, this pillar will work on debunking misconceptions behind working in STEM. The resources used to achieve these goals will be in the form of workshops, planned events, and etc.
Our Mental Health pillar works to educated members on the importance of mental health and its awareness. Mental Health is the foundation of any good career no matter the field. Raising awareness on the importance of mental health will give our members a strong foundation to begin working in a STEM field career.
