Investor Collaborative (NAIC 2)

The IC is a collection of experienced technology executives and entrepreneurs that bring value-added expertise, mentoring, and third-party affiliations, in addition to capital, to exciting startups; truly “smart money” for our portfolio companies. We seek exceptional entrepreneurs that are developing innovative technologies, processes or services. We invest in companies that require capital and a trusted partner to enable them to reach the next level of development and to fully realize their potential. Our early stage investments range between $50,000 and $200,000 while we syndicate with other groups to raise additional capital. The IC has capital under management which it can quickly invest and has the expertise and desire to help companies realize their full potential. We do not require rounding up individual investors to collect funds, but make the investment decision as a whole. Generally, our geographic focus is on the Northeast.
